This position supports all mechanic related tasks during the development phase. The CAD-Designer is responsible the design and construction of housings (plastic & metal) by using modern CAD/CAM tools.
Design in compliance with the requirement specification.
Coordination with the internal project team and the customer
Active support of milestone procedures (internal/external)
Adaption of customers design to the company standards (Design Rules)
Skills:
Study/Graduation in Electromechanic/Mechanical Engineering
Experience with car manufacturer or Tier 1 supplier
Knowledge on standard design tools AutoCad, CATIA and MentorGraphics
Experience in 2D and 3D design
Knowledge on thermal simulation tools (Flomerics, Femlab)
Good communications skills
Flexibility and teamspirit
Willingness to travel
